The Ziapy Terms of Use

By accessing and using ziapy, you agree to comply with these Terms. You may not use ziapy if you do not agree to the version of the Terms posted on ziapy at the time you access ziapy. (The terms “we” and “us” refer to ziapy, the term “Project” refers to our services, and the terms “Student”, “Member,” and “User” refer to an individual who buys or uses our services and products from ziapy.com). The term “Instructor” refers to an individual who sells courses on the Website, conducts quizzes, and publishes lectures on the Website.

Please note: We reserve the right to revise or remove any part of the Terms in its sole discretion at any time and without any prior notice. We recommend reviewing these Terms and Conditions from time to time for any terms updates.

1. Introduction

Ziapy is an e-learning platform that is dedicated to providing free online courses, quizzes, career advice, data flow, and prometric booking.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to access or use Ziapy Services; otherwise, you may not use ziapy services under any circumstances or for any reason.

3. Accounts

In order to access online courses, quizzes, and lectures, you need an account on our platform. You must provide a valid e-mail and required information to create an account on ziapy. You are completely responsible for your account. Under no circumstances will you be allowed to access someone else’s account or transfer your account to someone else.

Don’t share your login credentials with anyone in any circumstances. If you do so, you are completely responsible for this.  If you suspect someone else is using your account, please change your password and let us know by filling out the contact us form.  

If you choose not to create or continue to maintain a ziapy Account, you may still access certain features as a visitor to our Website. Your access and use of the Services, whether as a visitor or as a ziapy Account holder, is subject to these Terms.

4. Course Enrollment and Access Period

One must enroll to access the particular course it may be free or paid, depending on the course. Course enrollment gives you a license to access the particular course for mention period. Course enrollment does not give you a license to sell the course in any manner. Course enrollment is non-transferable to other members.

Most of the courses have lifetime access, but some courses have limited-time access. For limited-time access courses, the license to access the course will be revoked after the access time expires.

5.1 Pricing

  • The price of each product is shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and includes all applicable taxes.
  • Ziapy and its instructors reserve the right to set or change the price of any product or service at any time. A price change does not affect orders already placed.
  • Ziapy reserves the right to charge for services that were previously free.

5.2 Payment

  • Payments are processed through a third-party payment gateway (Razorpay). Your use of the gateway is subject to its terms and conditions and privacy practices.
  • By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes.
  • Your order is confirmed only after the payment is successfully captured by the payment gateway.
  • If payment fails or is not completed, the order is cancelled, and no access or delivery is provided.

5.3 Delivery of Digital Products

  • Our products (such as exam-oriented MCQ PDFs) are digital goods. No physical item is shipped.
  • After successful payment, the product is delivered electronically through a secure download link on the order confirmation page and in the purchase receipt email, and by email to the address provided at checkout.
  • We may also send the file manually to your registered email address.
  • Please enter a correct and active email address at checkout. Ziapy is not responsible for delivery failures caused by an incorrect address, a full inbox, or spam filtering. Check your spam folder first.
  • A product is considered delivered once the download link or file has been sent to your email address or made available to you after payment.
  • Download activity (date, time, and IP address) is logged by our system and may be used as proof of delivery.
  • If you do not receive your product within 24 hours of payment, please submit your order number through our Contact Form

5.4 Refund and Cancellation

  • Because digital products can be accessed, downloaded, and copied immediately, all sales are final once the product has been delivered. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, accidental purchase, or dissatisfaction with the content.
  • You are eligible for a 100% refund in the following cases:
    • you were charged more than once for the same order (duplicate payment);
    • the file is corrupted or materially different from the product description, and we could not provide a working or correct file after you contacted us.
  • To request a refund, submit the Contact Form within 7 days of purchase, with your order number and payment ID.
  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank.

5.5 Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

  • Please contact us through our Contact Form before raising a dispute or chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We will resolve genuine issues quickly.
  • If a chargeback is raised for a product that was delivered, we will submit proof to the payment gateway and bank. This includes the order invoice, payment details, delivery email, download logs, and these terms.
  • Where a chargeback is found to be unjustified, we reserve the right to restrict access to our products and services for the account concerned.

6. Usage Rights

  • Products are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use only.
  • You may not resell, redistribute, share publicly, upload, or copy the products (including PDFs) for any commercial or industrial purpose.
  • Ziapy and its instructors retain all intellectual property rights in the content. Violation of these terms may result in termination of access and legal action.

7. Interpretation

To avail our services, Client needs to provide required details on ziapy.com. After making order, the user is not allowed to cancel the order. We do not accept orders made through email, live chat, or over the phone. However, we can provide assistance to the user with filling out the order form.

8. Rights to Ziapy Content

Ziapy contains Content provided by us and our licensors. We and our licensors (including other users) own and retain all proprietary (including all intellectual property) rights in the Content we each provide and Ziapy owns and retains all property rights in Ziapy.

9. Code of Conduct

Ziapy allows you to use the Services and post Content for a variety of purposes. You understand and agree that you are solely responsible for compliance with any and all laws, rules, regulations, and tax obligations that may apply to your use of the Services. In connection with your use of the Services, you may not and you agree that you will not:

  • Violate any local, state, provincial, national, or other law or regulation, or any order of a court.
  • Run any bots, spiders, scrapers, web crawlers, indexing agents, or other software to aggregate or browse our Content, including, without limitation, company or user accounts or profiles, or otherwise interfere with or circumvent the integrity of the Website or Services.
  • Introduce any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots, corrupted files, or similar software to the Website or Services or transmit any other computer programming routines that may damage, interfere with, or surreptitiously intercept any data, or personal information.
  • Use the Services to transmit, distribute, post, or submit any confidential information concerning any other person or entity, including, without limitation, photographs of others without their permission, personal contact information or credit card, debit card, or bank account numbers.
  • Stalk or harass, interfere with, or disrupt the access of any user of the Services, or collect or store any personally identifiable information about any other user without explicit consent from the user.
  • Defame, defraud, mislead, or impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise misrepresent yourself or your affiliation with any person or entity.
  • Post false information, including, without limitation, in respect of a job, company, or your own credentials as a job applicant.
  • Infringe, violate, or otherwise interfere with any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights of another party.
  • Act in any manner which, in our sole discretion, is objectionable, interferes with the proper working of the Services, or which may affect our reputation in any way.

10.Disclaimers

We make a conscious effort to provide Website free from viruses and malware. But in case if a Client have problems as a result of downloading content from this Website, the Company will not be responsible for any physical damage to the computers or any information lost.

Note: We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability,if you breach the Terms.
