We are an independent assistance service for Dataflow verification used in licensing and visa processes. Most of our clients come to us through recommendations from other clients. We are not Dataflow Group.

How it works

- Profile and documentsYou complete your profile and upload all documents through our business dashboard.
- Pay our service chargesOnce your documents are complete, you pay our service charges. Your ₹200 booking fee is deducted.
- Dataflow business account invitationAfter we receive our service charges, your agent sends the invitation link to your own Dataflow dashboard and guides you through the payment.
- Pay DataflowYou pay the Dataflow verification fee yourself, by card, from your dashboard. This goes directly to Dataflow.
- Support until your reportYour agent follows up and raises tickets with Dataflow on your behalf until your report is generated.
Our service charges
These are our charges, paid after your documents are complete and before the Dataflow invitation is sent. They are separate from the Dataflow fee.

Documents mean degree, experience or registration. If you need all three verified, we recommend the package.
Payment timing. Service charges are paid after your documents are complete and before we send your Dataflow business account invitation. The ₹200 booking fee is deducted. Support and ticket follow-up are provided for paid cases only.
Dataflow fees are separate. You pay the Dataflow verification fee directly to Dataflow from your own dashboard. It is not included in our charges.
Booking fee and refund policy
A one-time booking fee of ₹200 reserves your slot and covers your agent’s initial consultation, in which we explain the complete fees and the documents required. If you proceed through us, this amount is deducted from your service charges.
Non-refundable if
- You are unable to arrange the required documents. We wait up to 60 days while you arrange them, after which the booking is closed and the fee is not refunded.
- You decide not to continue after learning the fees.
- You do not respond or attend.
Refunded in full, no conditions, if
- We cancel your booking for any reason, including an authority’s website being down.
- We are unable to connect with you.
- You made a duplicate or accidental payment.
Refunds go to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 7 working days.
Important to know
- No guarantee of a positive report. Dataflow issues a positive report only when your degree, experience and registration documents are verified as genuine. We cannot influence the result.
- Verification time is not in our control. Processing time depends entirely on Dataflow. If there is a delay, your agent can request Dataflow to expedite, but the timeline is decided by Dataflow.
- Support until your report is generated. Your agent stays with you until the report is issued and raises tickets with Dataflow on your behalf.
- Genuine documents only. Please submit only original, genuine documents.

How soon will the agent contact me?
Our agent will contact you shortly after your booking.
How long can I take to arrange my documents?
We wait up to 60 days for you to arrange the required documents. After 60 days the booking is closed and the booking fee is non-refundable.
What documents do I need?
It depends on your case. Typically your degree certificate, experience letters and registration or licence documents. Your agent confirms the exact list during your consultation.
Do I pay Dataflow through you?
No. You pay Dataflow directly by card from your own Dataflow dashboard.
When do I pay your service charges?
After your documents are complete and before we send the Dataflow invitation. Your ₹200 booking fee is deducted.
How long does verification take?
It depends on Dataflow and on the institutions and authorities being verified, so we cannot give a fixed timeline.
What if my report is negative?
The result depends on Dataflow’s verification of your documents. We assist with the process but cannot change the outcome. If your report is negative, Dataflow allows you to re-appeal, and our agent will assist you with the re-appeal at no extra service charge. Any fee charged by Dataflow for an appeal, if applicable, is paid directly to Dataflow.
