How to Schedule a Prometric Exam?
To schedule a Prometric or Pearson VUE exam, visit the Prometric website or Pearson VUE website, depending on which platform your licensing authority uses — check the authority-specific sections above to confirm which one applies to you.
On the Prometric website, click “SCHEDULE YOUR EXAM”. You are required to select your exam (DHA, SCFHS, DHP).
Oman (OMSB): Oman has fully shifted to Pearson VUE and no longer offers exam booking through Prometric. If you’re applying for OMSB, book directly through Pearson VUE instead— no Eligibility ID is required for this step.
For the DHA exam, you are required to generate a DHA CBT Eligibility ID first. To generate it, click “Generate Eligibility” on the DHA exam page — this will redirect you to a new page. You’ll need to provide a DHA Unique ID, Category, Title, and Specification. If you don’t have a DHA Unique ID, register a DHA account to generate one. A minimum of 2 years of experience is required to sit the DHA exam.
Unlike SCFHS, DHA does not require DataFlow verification to generate your eligibility ID — you can book your DHA exam first and complete DataFlow afterward, as part of the licensing process.
Once you have your DHA CBT Eligibility ID, proceed to schedule the exam on the DHA exam page, providing the Eligibility Number and the first 4 characters of your last name (as it appears on the DHA website). Submit to check exam availability.
For SCFHS, DataFlow comes first. You must complete your Primary Source Verification (PSV) through the DataFlow Group before you can generate an SCFHS Eligibility ID — DataFlow verification is a mandatory prerequisite for booking, not an optional step afterward. Once PSV is complete, register on the SCFHS website to generate your Eligibility ID.
Qatar (DHP): Qatar’s DHP exam is booked directly through Prometric, and like Oman, no Eligibility ID is required — you can proceed straight to scheduling once you select your exam.

1. To book the exam, click “Schedule” on the exam page. You’ll be redirected to the exam policy page, where you must confirm the age requirement and agree to the data privacy terms to proceed.
2. Next, provide accommodation details. If you have pre-approved accommodation, select “Yes” and provide your eligibility number and the first 4 characters of your last name. If not, select “No” and proceed — if you require accommodation, contact your test sponsor.
3. Select your profession, then provide your city and preferred date range for the exam. You can choose a date range within 2 weeks. Click next to see available test centers with seat availability in that window.
